OK, so I am finally here in Atlanta, GA.

I’ve had one hell of a long day. I’ll post the details when I am

not so tired.

 

OK, Update.

On Monday, March 6th, I was scheduled to fly out of Ottawa, ON, Canada to Atlanta, GA, with a stop-over in Chicago. Damn, no direct flights. OK, no problem.

Big mistake. My flight from Ottawa -> Chicago was delayed about 1:15+ minutes. This should have been my first sign. Flight was to leave at 12:21. It didn’t leave until 1:10PM or so.

I land just find in Chicago just fine, at around 2:00pm local time… I think.

OK, fine.. I am landed. Next flight, to Atlanta, wasset for 3:40, or so I thought. This is were my day just goes to shite. Flight 4444 to Atlanta  changed gates no les than 5 times before AA finally decides to cancel the flight, forcing me to get up from the 5th or so chair I have found, and go hunting to get re-routed.

Perfect, Flight 613 (how ironic) was up, scheduled for 4:45 take-off. YEAH RIGHT!

This is where it get’s fun. 4:45 = Gate H3. next, bumps to a time of 5:15, Gate H3B, no prob, right around the corner. Next, it gets moved/bumped again, now @ 5:25, gate H6. Crap. I spill some coffee when I get up, but I am OK, so I continue on to H6.

Nope – as soon as I get there, the stewardess doesn’t even bother to post the new time the board, and says over the PA, as people are stating to get real antsy… the gate is no longer assigned, the flight is now @ 7:30.

Holy shit, I’m tired now.. I just want to get there.
